Good for quitting!: Quitting smoking is very challenging, and many people satisfy the oral cravings by eating. Remember that vegetarian food isn't necessarily low calorie. Write down everything you eat for the next week. Start getting some exercise, even if it's just a little walking. See your doctor to ask about factors such as low thyroid function - which can make a person gain weight. And keep up the good work!
