Get examined: Possibilities include pleurisy/inflammation of the lining of the lungs from bronchitis, pneumonia, infection, or other causes- muscle strain, rib pain, heart condition, pulmonary embolism/clot. I'd recommend a spirometry, chest xray and ekg. Hope you feel better!
