Pain in ribs: hello~ was there any injury to the ribs ? a fall? If not +shortness of breath then get an XRAY because in young females,blood clots to the lung from BCP is not uncommon and if you live in the townships, TB is always to be ruled out. So dont ignore this see a Dr to r/o pulm embolisation, infection like TB (+/- pleurisy) But it is most likely from benign costo-chondritis only diag by exclusion thx
