Two basic options: It varies depending upon your particular circumstances. The actual placement of the implant fixtures takes about an hour, once everything is planned for in advance. Some dentists place temporary crowns on the same day, while others make you a temporary removable bridge and place the final crowns in 4 to 6 months. See a dentist to discuss your particular situation and treatment options.

Need Consultation: Depends on many variables - like amount and quality of remaining bone, type of implant used, type of crown to be used for reconstruction. Need to discuss this with the dentist you select to do the implants.

4-6 months: Once teeth are loss the implant us placed under the gum to allow osseointegration or bone growth around the implant. After 4-6 months the final crowns are made. During the healing you can have a temporary flipper that will replace your teeth and make it easier to smile.

Immediately: Now we can place the implants and temporary teeeth at the same moment so in aprox 2 hours you can leave the dental office with fixed teeth again. Of course we need to check how much bone you have first.

Varies.: At our dental implant center (by design dental implant center) we typically place implants and make fixed temporary teeth at the same visit. This requires healthy bone in the correct location. Each patient is different and presents with their unique circumstances, so there can be different approaches. We offer free consultations to educate people about their situation and offer treatment options.
