No, not, nein, : Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a treatment for add/adhd. Social anxiety/ avoidant personality disorder would be best addressed through psychotherapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy may be effective. If medication were to be considered for anxiety, it would more likely be a ssri - not adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).
