Get help: First, rape is one of the most violent forms of assault. Getting professional help will be a big step in beginning to resolve the problem. It will not be easy. But there are newer treatments for ptsd that are faster than before. Also, file a police report. It may be too late to help you, but having a report on file could help the next victim. This was not our fault, but healing needs help.
