Flashback help: Prolonged exposure and Cognitive processing therapy reduce the negative reactions to flashbacks. Eventually, the flashbacks lose their "power" and fade.

Flashbacks are often: experienced in response to severe trauma. You can be treated for them, usually diagnosed as PTSD, by a clinical psychologist or other mental health professional who has lots of experience w/this. Peace and good health.
