You can't: Any cut will always leave a scar. How big a scar depends on several factors such as what caused it (sharp better that scrape) and the location of the cut. Some body areas scar better than others. Gel pads applied to the scars as well as massage may help some.

Go to Manhattan: Apparently cosmetic surgeons in manhattan can do surgery without scars. At least that is what i saw on a commercial. For all the rest of us who do surgery on the skin, there will be a scar. It is just a question of getting the best possible looking scar. Follow your surgeon's directions for care and followup if you have concerns.
