Balance & moderation: You may be withholding too many calories or your meals may be too heavy on carbs. Better to graze and balance-have 3 meals and 2 snacks during the day. Balance meals to contain lean protein with low glycemic carbs and a bit of monounsat. Fat (olive oil, etc). Educate yourself on "good" and "bad" carbs and fats. Consider reading "a week in the zone".
