Reflux,sleep apnea: Low calcium can cause the tingly feelings your talking about, if you have reflux this can be contributing to sleep apnea which may as well be causing your feelings of lack of energy, sleep deprivation could also be causing some of your headaches. Please check with your interenist, elevated the head of your bed, do not eat and recline within 3 hours of eating and try an otc reflux med at night.
