Depends: Depends on what part(s) you think are out of proportion. If it has to do with your bony structure (height, length of legs/legs) little short of ill advised surgery to change the bone structure. If it is the soft tissue (muscle/fat), exercises to sculpt the body can be undertaken, liposuction for specific areas of fat to be removes and plastic surgery (including implant, breast augmentation/reduct).
