T4 not supplements: If your thyroid hormone level is low, use brand name T4 thyroid "replacement", which replaces what your thyroid can't make properly. It is not a supplements. Supplements don't work and should be avoided. Check w/your doctor and make sure he tests you to get the proper dose.
