Low Oxygen: Still not getting adequate oxygenation. The reasons can be many, it would also depend on your age, other underlying medical problems and issues. Anything less than 92% should generally be evaluated further.

Context: It matters a lot to know more about your condition. Do you have COPD and use oxygen on a chronic basis? Or is this an asthma attack and you're in a hospital receiving treatment? Do you have a pulmonary embolism? Do you suffer from heart failure?

Keep above 90%: Your oxygen level should always remain above 90%, whether on oxygen or not. By the meds you are taking, it seems that you have a condition called COPD and need oxygen on a chronic basis. Try to make sure your oxygen level is above 90% as much as possible. Sometimes, your doctor can order an overnight oxygen test to make sure it says above 90% while you are sleeping.
