Similar: Some studies show neb = inhaler in terms of med delivery. If you aren't in that group, can use a spacer w/inhaler, or can tell your dr not getting adequate relief & request neb. Also should ask about dose, as usually 2 puffs of inhaler, so may not work b/c not enough med.

I was just diagnosed with allergy asthma. I was put on montelukast and ventolin hfa. What does "inhale 1 puff bid" mean?
When blow nose, mucus is bloody. Lots of yellow-green postnasal drip. Some wheeze. No fever. Take Dymista, Allegra, singulair, (montelukast) qvar, and Ventolin. It's not allergy. Sinusitus? Go see primary care or wait it out?
