Can be normal: Endometrial ablation results in permanent cessation of bleeding in only about 50% of cases. Nevertheless this bleeding & cramping can also be a sign of something abnormal. If this persists, i suggest you see your gynecologist.

This is not uncommon: It is not uncommon to have some bleeding after an endometrial ablation. In some cases regular periods may return after several years. It is more common to have light bleeding. You should discuss this with your doctor at a future visit. It is not urgent.
