? meniscal tear: These are symptoms of arthritis. Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis. Clicking may be due to damage of the meniscus (cartilage) of the knee.

Recent knee pain. Painful popping and clicking when walking. Back of knee hurts and had a pulling sensation. Tenderness on the medial side when pressed. Pain relieved by ibuprofen and Tylenol temporarily. Any Ideas on the cause? Waiting on MRI?
