Go see your dentist: You may have an abscess. You may need antibiotics. You may need a tooth xray. Go see your dentist!

Dentist (ER?): Get to a dentist first thing this morning. Other than otc pain medication (or prescription pain medication) only a dentist can relieve your pain. If you can't wait, you can go to the er of a hospital, but you will wait for a long time and the only thing that they can do for you is give you a stronger pain medication. By the time you're done, you could probably have already been seen by a dentis.

See a dentist: Obviously self treatment is not your answer. See a dentist for the proper diagnosis and treatment.

Dentist ASAP: It sounds like you are having an inflamed or infected tooth or teeth , you need to see a dentist asap to diagnose the problem and treated since self treatment in cases like that don't work and mostly temporary.

AddTylenol: Tylenol(acetaminophen) taken together with motrin(ibuprofen) is almost as effective at pain relief as a narcatic.

Treatment: I know this may sound obvious, but you'll need to be seen by a dentist, the sooner the better. You may have an infection. The pain will soon become unbearable. Please call for an appointment.
