Breathe slow & deep!: Medication may help but it is not the only approach! if you cannot manage your symptoms with yoga and deep, conscious breathing, routine exercise and adequate sleep (7-8 hrs/nite). Then, i'd recommend you discuss the problems with a psychiatrist. If meds are needed, but you don't have the money, write or call the patient assistance program of that pharmaceutical company (that your doctor suggests).

Be brave: & find a psychiatrist to talk about what is going on with u. Be honest, u'll b helped only if u accept to share what is really going on in ur life. The symptoms u describe could related to marijuana smoking. If it is the case, please quit mj smoking. If it is not the case, the psychiatrist will help you feel better. Be reassured, help is on its way! best wishes for u to feel soon back to urself.

Stay active: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. Your body releases endorphins during exercise, which can help you feel calm. If you exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day, your stress levels can improve. When stressed, take 5 slow, deep breaths with your eyes closed, then roll your shoulders forward 5 times, then back 5 times. This will slow your heart rate and release tension in your neck and shoulders.
