?stroke risk: You may have sustained a brief transient ischemic attack, and perhaps even a persistent lacunar stroke. Migraine could conceivably do this, and rarely some partial focal seizures could also seem similar. Regardless, you are at some risk, and need to see a neurologist asap, and get diagnosed and treated.

Memory loss: These are very worrisome symptoms related possibly to a stroke or brain lesion, you need to be evaluated by a neurologist as soon as possible and if that is a problem go to your nearest emergency room.
