Unlikely: Over use of Claritin d should not cause a drippy nose. If the nasal symptoms didn't improve with Claritin d, then an alternative diagnosis other than allergy is likely and should be sought..

Drippy nose: Your drippy nose is not from Claritin d, it is from worsening allergies that are no longer responding to Claritin d!. Consult an allergist for a better way to treat your nasal allergies. You probably need a nasal spray to help you.
