I have gauze stuck in my. nose form tuesday i took most out but last bit is in there good what can i do should i pull it out even though its stuck?

Try flush: You need to get it out - it's not good to have foreign objects (ie. Gauze) in places they don't belong for more than a day or two at most. Even little tiny pieces left can cause problems. Suggest using a neti pot or a squirt bottle with saline to flush out leftover pieces. Fill them up with saline rinse and then go in shower so you don't get it everywhere, and flush away to clear it out!
