On tuesday i went to the field with my friends and i had lumps on my arm so i think i got bit but for the last 2 morning i have a bad throat and nose?

2 problems: I don't think that the bites are related to an early upper respiratory tract infection which is most likely of viral origin and should run its course without any specific treatment except for rest, good fluid intake, Tylenol (acetaminophen) and nasal decongestant spray for a day or two as needed.
