Nasal symptoms: Bloody mucus can be secondary to post nasal drip from sinusitis or from gum disease. Allergy medication will not help. You need to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis to treat you accordingly.

Bloody mucus: Lots of possibilities. Could be, for example, from infected gums, tuberculosis, GERD, trauma, smoking, and so many other possibilities. Important that the cause of the bleeding be determined, so start with either your General Dentist or your General Physician.
