Find the cause: "mildly elevated liver enzymes" are like "being a little bit pregnant." these are really quite high *(most people run 20 or lower on each assay, though up to 40 is reference range) and you owe it to yourself to work with your physician to find the cause. Often it's simply lack of exercise, but there are several treatable, potentially deadly entities to rule out.
