Neuropathy: First you need to find out why you have numbness. Is it in your lower extremity or upper extremity. Seeing a neurologist can help diagnose this condition. Their are several medications and physical therapy modalities that can relieve numbness. But you need a diagnosis beforehand.

Agree: I agree with dr. Beresh and wanted to add that if you find the problem persists, get checked for causes of peripheral neuropathy, such as diabetes.
