It's the mildest of : The 3 types of dandy-walker, but it does mean that fetal brain development was not " normal.". Before fetal ultrasounds it was often missed until/unless the affected person had a learning disability or other symptoms. Gently suggest to your daughter that she request review of the fus by a pediatric neurosurgeon & referral to a maternal-fetal medicine specialist & a prenatal genetic counselor.
