Plenty!: Too much of certain things is not a bad thing; but not potassium! there is no real detrimental effect on your blood pressure; but the abnormal rhythms(arrhythmias) that can occur with your heart can be deadly...If you have any concern that this is the case with you please go see your doctor immediately and get checked out!
