Vitamin B12, magnesi: It could be due to vitamin B12 deficiency, which is more common in vegetarians and which can cause a peripheral neuropathy - nerve dysfunction. Magnesium deficiency is another possible contributing factor. Being very thin can also predispose one to nerve compression when crossing legs or sitting too long. Other nerve disorders due to toxins, drugs and diseases is another possibility.
