Fertility: If she is otherwise of normal fertility and health, chronic opioid use would not alter her fertility. If she suffers from poor nutrition or otherwise is in general poor health secondary to her opioid use this may affect her fertility. The only way to know for certain is to consult an appropriate specialist such as an obstetrician or fertility specialist.
