Depends: A couples' fertility can be altered by many things. This can include diet, weight, prior medical history, as well as any diseases or medications the couple is taking. The use of narcotics is not a major hindrance for conception. However, the effects of narcotics on a potential unborn child and its parents should be strongly considered. Please discuss this with a physician.
