Not likely to happen: Ovulation predictor tests detect lh (luteinizing hormone) in your urine. Urine pregnancy tests (upt) look for HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) which is similar to lh but not the same hormone. There isn't enough lh in your urine from the pre-ovulation lh surge to give you a "false positive" upt. The upt is very accurate. A HCG injection to trigger ovulation will give you a + upt for a week or so.
