Non-cancerous tumor: Fibroids are formed of uterine wall muscle cells that grown in and around the uterus. Colposcopy of the cervix with or with out biopsy should not affect vbac. However a large fibroid increases the risk of previous uterine scar rupturing. All depends on the location and size of the fibroid. You should discuss your concerns with your obstetrician. Base your decision of what's safer for you & baby.
