Gastritis: Stomach pain after meals could be related to gastritis/gastric ulcer. Try avoiding alcohol, coffee, tobacco products and eating last meal 2 hours prior to bedtime, in combination with over the counter omeprazole. See your doctor if symptoms do not improve in a few weeks.

Indigestion?: Try eating more fruits, vegetables and brown rice... Less meat. If you really want animal protein, perhaps buffalo meats will be better. Good luck!
