Go see your doctor: Glad you're being truthful about what you shouldn't be doing that's bad for your health. Worse, we need to worry about what happened while you were under the influence. The panic attacks may be result of methamphetamines while chest pain may be a result of aspiration (or consequence of drug use). Bottom line, go see your family doc for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment.

Meth: Your symptoms are almost certainly related to your meth use. They could be withdrawal but other problems caused by the meth could also be there. See your dr.
