To find the cause: Your dr should have checked for pcos (polycystic ovary syndrome) and other causes of long cycles - thyroid or prolactin hormone problems, adrenal gland problems, diminished ovarian reserve (low egg supply), or low hormone levels. A transvaginal ultrasound scan is also important. Talk to your dr. If the tests don't find the cause, ask for a referral to a rei specialist to help you get pregnant.
