Urgent care needed: Inability to urinate suggests obstruction in the urinary tract. Bladder infection, prostate swelling/infection and kidney stones are common possibilities, among others. You should seek urgent care with your doctor or closest urgent care clinic. Urinalysis and a blood draw will likely be necessary.
