Change in stream.: There can be changes in your stream normally at times. However, if there is an increasing common change to decreased stream size you should get checked to be sure there is nothing else going on, like problems with your prostate. Also, many medications, over the counter, and prescription, as well as some herbs and supplements may affect urination. So stop any that have not been okayed by your MD
