Get evaluated: Pls have a urologist do an evaluation to verify if this si due to obstruction such as enlarge prostate or urethral stricture to name a few causes. It can also be due to bladder muscle tone problem . Your dr can do tests in the clinic to start workup, and requests radiological exam as well. Take care.

Consult urologist: Young men occasionally develop some prostatic enlargement, especially of the median lobe. Could also be due to a slowly developing urethral stricture especially if you have had an std or perennial trauma. Consulting urologist should help to diagnose cause ; hopefully corrective treatment. Good luck.
