There is no....: ...."just a genetic thing." your genetics are literally what you are. ANA is a marker for several inflammatory diseases, but it is not a guarantee that you have or will have them. You should discuss this at length with your doctor. If you need more info or reassurance, find out if there is a geneticist within a reasonable distance from where you are.
