Walk and eat well: Walking is your best starting exercise. Swimming is ideal, but not always available. Of course, it is critical to eat well. I mean healthy. Like veggies and protein. Completely stop sweets, greasy pizza, lard-filled fried foods, and junk food. Really learn to eat healthy. Read, prepare, and turn a new leaf.

See below: Please see your physician for an evaluation and they will make recommendations on how you need to start out exercising. My first advice would be just start walking no more than 15 to 20 minutes a day to you build up your endurance. RemoveSugar, soft drinks, and high carbohydrate foods from your diet. Drink plenty of water... But most importantly see your physician as soon as possible.
