I have a bruise on my thigh without injury. last week it was green now its red with a white center. it does not burn or itch?

If something: Is red with a white center the first thing to consider is infection. Now, it's generally painful if that's the case but how that is related to a bruise can be hard to say unless there was trauma with a disruption of the skin allowing for infection. Not sure but get seen if worsens, swells or gets painful. Good luck.
