See your doctor: Despite any previous tests or therapy, there are still some obvious problems to be solved. More extensive evaluation needs to be done, possibly including referral to a specialist. Your pcp will know what to o.

Yes, but...: I didn't know about your high white count when i answered before. An infection or inflammatory problem is still most likely. See a healthcare provider again. The lump behind your ear being tender argues against lymphoma. Most lymphomas cause large, rubbery lymph nodes that aren't tender. You could have a bad sinus infection.Try not to let fear keep you from getting the health care you need!
