Confusing: Did you have a seizure or did you not? Are you obsessing because you have OCD or are specifically worried about epilepsy? Your question puzzles me--because you are puzzled. You need to establish whether or not you had a seizure. To do so you need to see a neurologist, have an eeg and perhaps other testing--and consider anti-anxiety drugs until you get answers.

A book that may help: Jeff24, i agree with dr. Smith's observations. What keeps worrying you about this one seizure that happened so long ago? Have doctors reassured you that you are safe? These are surely things to explore with your therapist. Also, the inexpensive book "stop obsessing" by edna foa (amazon.Com has it) has helped many people, if you will practice the exercises in it as well. Good luck to you.
