Probably nothing: Some women can have a clear discharge from their nipples mainly with expression. It can be from excessive fondling of the breasts during sex but can also be associated with other causes like a tiny benign growth on your pituitary gland to small to be seen on mri. Measure a prolactin and thyroid level. If normal and the rest of the w/u is normal, there is nothing to worry about. Hope this helps.

Several causes: Some medications can cause this condition. Check package insert for side effect of galactorhea. Ask your doctor if you need your prolactin level checked. That hormone causes the breast to produce milk.
