Nipple leakage: Pregnancy is a possibility, but i think that the nipple discharge is unrelated.

Not impossible: It is not uncommon to have a "normal" period during first few days/weeks of a normal preg. So, in ~5 days you should not notice changes of a new conception (if it occurred), it is possible you might be "more pregnant" than 1wk. Easy answer is continue on as usual if no pain / problems, and in about one more week, take a urine pregnancy test. Store-bought are as good as dr's office tests (&cheaper).
