31 weeks pregnant leaking colostrum ( not much) only when i press my nipple or put cream on. is this normal? why does this only occur with some women?

OB/GYN: You should certainly discuss with your ob/gyn and avoid stimulation of the nipples which can lead to premature contractions. Since your pregnancy is 31 weeks that would endanger the health of the fetus.
