Not to worry: It could be a small stitch granuloma- which is a reaction of the body to getting rid of the suture; or it could be a small seroma-which a small walled off fluid filled sac. You should probably have the doctor that did the surgery take a look and see what they think. If it is one of the two things, it generally will go away on its own; but may need to be removed.
