I had a myomectomy & never had any std to block tubes only big fibroids, tubes were swollen after myomectomy will swelling interfere with ttc?

Depends: If swelling of tubes are from fibroids blocking blood flow then the swelling should reduce after surgery. If tubes are patent then you should be able to conceive. Sometimes, you may have pelvic infection in the tubes without an STD. I am sure your doctor checked the potency of your tubes Either way, you must be aware of increased tubal pregnancy rates if tubes are nor normal. Good Luck.
