?What: Not sure what you are asking. If you have no symptoms, other than having a soft buttock and rectum, there may not be a problem. If you are loosing control of your bowels or having leakage, than see a GI dr. For an evaluation. Goodluck.

Ano Rectal Lump: I assume you mean you have a soft, non-painful lump in the ano rectal area. The 2 most common causes are hemorrhoids and so-called anal warts. Without a visual or a better description, i cannot say what else it might be. You should have a doctor examine the area.
