Blood chemistry : Please see your internists and have your blood electrolytes and chemistry checked. If they are ok, you you should see the neurologist for ruling out a neurological problem.

See a neurologist: It seems like all those spasms are connected to nerves. Suggest you follow-up with a neurologist to evaluate.
